The Site provides general information about the Practice, our services, our providers, and how to contact us or schedule care. Content on the Site is provided for informational purposes only and may be updated or changed at any time without notice.

No Medical Advice; No Doctor–Patient Relationship

The content of the Site is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Using the Site, reading its content, or sending a scheduling request does not create a doctor–patient relationship. A doctor–patient relationship is established only through a consultation with one of our providers. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read on the Site.

Medical Emergencies

Do not use the Site, online scheduling, or messaging for urgent or emergency medical matters. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.

Scheduling, Messaging, and the Patient Portal

Appointment scheduling, secure messaging, patient forms, video visits, bill payment, and the patient portal are provided through third-party platforms, including athenahealth and Klara. When you use those services you leave the Site, and your use of them is governed by the terms and privacy policies of those platforms. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when requesting or booking an appointment. Booking or requesting an appointment does not guarantee a specific provider or time; the Practice may contact you to confirm, reschedule, or cancel.

Do Not Send Health Information Through the Site

The Site itself does not provide a means to submit medical information, and you should not attempt to send us protected health information through it. Please share health information only through the secure third-party services we designate (such as the Klara messaging service or the athenahealth patient portal) or directly with our office.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or the systems that operate it
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site
• Use automated means to access, scrape, or copy the Site
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Site shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Denton County, Texas.
